By signing up for or using Zyri, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a contract between you and [Company legal name].

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You give us accurate details when you sign up, keep your sign-in safe, and stay responsible for what happens through your account.

We may offer a free trial so you can try Zyri before you pay. Trials last for the period we show you at sign up. When a trial ends, your paid subscription starts on the plan you chose.

• All prices are in USD.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose.
• A setup fee may apply where we tell you so at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew on their own at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

You agree to use Zyri within the law and the rules of each messaging platform you connect. That includes the anti-spam and messaging rules for WhatsApp, Meta and other services. You must not send spam, contact people without their consent, or use Zyri to break any law.

You own the data you put into Zyri. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. You can export it at any time. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train models for anyone but you.

We work to keep Zyri available and reliable, but no service is up 100% of the time. We may do maintenance, face outages, or change features. We do not promise uninterrupted use.

Zyri, its name, design and software belong to [Company legal name] or its licensors. You get a limited right to use the service while your account is active. Your data and content stay yours.

Zyri connects to services you choose, such as messaging and payment tools. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their actions or outages.

To the extent the law allows, [Company legal name] is not liable for indirect, lost profits, or similar losses from your use of Zyri. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can end your account at any time. We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms or harm the service. After termination, you can export your data for a limited period, after which we delete it on our usual schedule.

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
